Terms and Conditions

- Discounts are available for customers to Floor Design customers that have placed a flooring order of over £1000 and should be claimed within 2 months of your flooring order.

- Discounts are offered against the normal RRP and are subject to confirmation.

- All orders must be paid for in full at time of order.

- Floor Design offers discounts with their trade partners as a complimentary service to our valued customers. We bear no responsibility for the products purchased and any fault or complaint will be referred to the relevant supplier and you will be bound to follow their complaints process.

- Availability, lead times and delivery is the responsibility of the supplier and Floor Design cannot control this process.

- Bespoke orders that have been made or cut to your custom size are not normally eligible for return. Some items may incur additional restocking fees on return, please check with us in advance of ordering.

Order Process

Discounts are available to customers that have placed a flooring order of over £1000
Customers should email us their requirements with links to the products if possible.
Floor Design will then confirm the prices and lead time with the supplier and prepare an invoice.
Invoices must be paid for in full at time of order.
Confirmation will be sent once orders have been placed with the supplier.
