Oak flooring adds character to newbuild property

One of our recent projects on the Spofforth Park Bellway estate in Wetherby saw our customers select Oak flooring from the Warehouse range from Ted Todd.

In colour Husk, the flooring has a mid-brown tone with darker grain details, characterful knots and a hand scraped undulating surface. It works in both traditional and contemporary settings to give warmth, texture and character to a room.

Here we fit the herringbone blocks to the entrance hall, kitchen, dining and family room. For that extra bespoke touch we suggested that the entrance hall should be fit with a single plank border.

For newbuilds this type of flooring gives a unique and bespoke look and can add a great deal of character and individuality to a property

We have a wide range of flooring options available to view in our Wetherby showroom, from carpets of all kinds to real oak flooring, laminates and luxury vinyl tiles. Contact us to discuss your flooring project, our friendly team is always on hand to offer advice and inspiration.
